Do you certify?
No. An independent body certifies; whoever advises an organization cannot certify it. We get you ready and stand with your team during the audit.
Does it work for a small company?
Yes. The requirements are the same for any size; what changes is how you meet them. In a small company the system is usually simpler.
We already have ISO 9001. Can we add another standard?
Yes, and it pays to integrate them: they share a structure, so documentation, audits and management review work for all of them. Certification bodies can offer integrated audits, with lower fees.
What happens after certification?
The certificate lasts three years, with surveillance audits, usually every year. We can support the upkeep of the system and updates to the standard.
