Who it is for

For companies whose customers have started asking for more.

  • Processing plants

    Food and beverage manufacturers.

  • Packers and repackers

    That repackage third-party products.

  • Warehouses and distribution

    That store and transport food.

  • Industry suppliers

Whose customers require GMP or a certification.

Food safety standards

They are mentioned together, but they are not the same.

  • GMP

    Good Manufacturing Practices

The hygiene and operating conditions set by the Argentine Food Code. They are the floor that health authorities inspect and the first thing your customers look at.

    • Personal hygiene
    • Cleaning and sanitation
    • Pest control
    • Water
    • Storage

Who checks it: Health authorities and customer audits.

  • ISO 22000

    Food safety management system

The international standard for managing food safety: prerequisite programs, HACCP and system management. It integrates with ISO 9001 or ISO 14001.

    • PRPs
    • HACCP
    • Hazard control plan

Who checks it: An independent certification body.

  • FSSC 22000

    Certification scheme

ISO 22000 plus sector and scheme requirements, such as allergens and food fraud. It is recognized by GFSI, which is what many retail chains and big brands ask for.

    • ISO 22000
    • Sector PRPs
    • GFSI-recognized

Who checks it: A body licensed by the Foundation FSSC.

You do not need to go through all three. For some companies GMP is enough; others go straight to FSSC 22000. It depends on what your customers ask for.

How we work

On the plant floor, with the people who produce.

Because they are the ones who sustain the system every day afterwards.

If you already have ISO 9001 or another system, we integrate it. Timelines are agreed in the assessment.

Start with an assessment
  1. On-site survey

We see how the plant works and what is missing. You get a report with priorities.

  2. Prerequisite programs

Cleaning, pests, water, hygiene, maintenance and suppliers.

  3. Hazard analysis

With your food safety team, along with its controls.

  4. Documentation and training

Records used on the line, and people who know why.

  5. Internal audit and certification

We audit before the certification body does and support you during its audit.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most.

ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000?

It depends on your customer. If they require a GFSI-recognized certification, it has to be FSSC 22000. If not, ISO 22000 may be enough, and it covers a good part of the way.

Do I need GMP before going for ISO 22000?

Yes: GMP is the foundation ISO 22000 requires, and in Argentina it is also mandated by the Argentine Food Code. If you already have it, we build from there.

Do you certify?

No. Whoever implements the system cannot certify it. An independent body of your choice certifies; we get you ready and support you during the audit.
