Our story
From Toyota Argentina to Procesos Mejores.
Rodrigo Arizmendi is an electronics engineer and an information security specialist, with a postgraduate degree in Management Engineering. His professional career brings together engineering, organizational management and technology, with a focus on continuous improvement and on developing solutions that add value to organizations.
His experience includes his time at Toyota Argentina, where he deepened his interest in operational excellence, process optimization and management systems. Since 2012 he has led Procesos Mejores, the consulting firm through which he supports organizations of different sectors and sizes in implementing, assessing and improving their management systems, combining technical rigor with a practical, close approach adapted to each situation.
In recent years he has deepened his specialization in information security, bringing his experience in management systems to the challenges of cybersecurity, information protection and technology risk management. This perspective allows him to address both the organizational and the technical aspects of security, helping companies strengthen their capabilities and their resilience.
His professional profile is complemented by a strong vocation for teaching and specialized training in Education. Throughout his career he has taught at institutions such as UTN Delta, the Escuela Técnica Roberto Rocca and the Escuela Técnica Henry Ford, and has designed and facilitated training programs for companies and professionals. His approach to training combines professional experience with a solid pedagogical foundation, favoring hands-on learning and the application of knowledge to the real challenges of each organization.

Knowledge transfer. The system has to keep running without us.
A management systems consulting firm does not sell binders, hours or a certificate to hang on the wall. What it sells is knowledge transfer.
If only the consultant understands the system, it stops working the day they leave: records fall behind and every audit becomes an emergency. That is why teaching is not a separate service: teaching is how we do consulting.

- Plan and carry out its own internal audits.
