Who is responsible for your data

Procesos Mejores, a management systems consulting firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the personal data it receives through this site and its communication channels.

What data we receive

Only the data you choose to give us, through one of these channels:

• Contact form. Full name and email, which are required because without them we cannot reply. Company, phone, the service you are interested in and your message are optional.
• Course enrollment and waiting list. The data you enter in the enrollment form, which is built with Google Forms.
• Email, WhatsApp, phone and LinkedIn. The data you share when you contact us, such as your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

We do not ask for sensitive data (for example, about health, religion or political opinions); please do not include it in your messages. This site does not process payments or ask for card details either.

The site does not currently use analytics tools or advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, the service that hosts it (Netlify) may log technical data about visits, such as the IP address, in order to work and protect itself from abuse.

What we use it for

• Data from the contact form and the messages you send us, only to answer your inquiry and follow up on that conversation: arranging a meeting, sending you a proposal or the information you asked for.
• Enrollment data, to manage your place in the course, send you information about the sessions and issue your certificate.
• Waiting list data, to let you know when enrollment opens for the course you are interested in.

We do not use your data for any other purpose without asking for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless a law or a competent authority requires us to.

To work, the site and the forms use third-party services that process data on our behalf and only to provide that service to us: the site hosting (Netlify), whose Netlify Forms service receives contact form submissions; Google Forms, for enrollments; and the email service we use to reply to you. Some of these services may store information on servers outside Argentina.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for a limited time: as long as needed to answer your inquiry and follow up, or for the duration of the work or course you do with us, plus whatever legal obligations require. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.

How we protect it

We take security measures to protect the personal information we receive and to prevent it from being lost, altered or accessed by unauthorized people.

Your rights

Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, you have the right to:

• Access: know what data of yours we hold and ask us for a copy.
• Rectification and updating: correct data that is wrong or out of date.
• Erasure: ask us to delete it, for example when it is no longer needed or if you withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to rodmendi@procesosmejores.com from the address you used to contact us, or tell us how we can verify your identity. The law sets a period of 10 calendar days to answer an access request and 5 business days to rectify, update or erase data.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.

Links to other sites

This site links to external services, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Google Forms, and courses are taught on Google Meet. When you use them, each one’s own privacy policy applies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this same page, with the date it was updated.
